Job Requirements:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree is required (MIS or
Computer Science technology a plus)
Experience:
- 3 to 5 year’s experience working in
Analyst role
- 2 to 3 year’s experience working in
Human Resource related functional
fields
Specialized Skills:
- Awareness of business process
redesign
- Competent in technical requirements
gathering
- Demonstrated ability in project
planning and budgeting
- Understanding of tools and techniques
for selecting vendor products and
skilled in their implementation
- Highly skilled in testing development
and execution
- Awareness of end user training
development and delivery
- Accomplished in end user support
planning and delivery
- Adept in application troubleshooting
and problem resolution
- Knowledge of business continuity
and/or demonstrated expertise in
disaster recovery for supported systems
Skills:
- Hands-on experience with
documenting/communicating project
/business application requirements and
architecture (Microsoft Word, Microsoft
PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel, Visio, and
MS Project)
- Strong interpersonal and
communications skills with a proven
ability to successfully interact with
all levels of employees
- Self-motivated with an ability to work
in a team environment
- Able to successfully navigate in and
adapt to a changing environment
Additional Requirements:
Experience Level: 5-7 Years,
