Job Requirements:
Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related work experience Experience: - 4+ years of experience in IT application development and/or support, skilled in providing Level 1 and Level 2 user support. - 3+ years of experience in the architecture, design, implementation and support of complex enterprise solutions. - Experience with 3rd party SaaS provider system administration, submitting and managing cases with 3rd party provider - Experience in developing SOA based architecture/applications, web services including SOAP and REST - Infrastructure experience is a plus - Experience with ITIL methodology (a plus) - Experience with MS SharePoint (a plus) Skills: The analyst must have excellent communication skills, written and verbal; as well as be self-motivated, a team player, with the strong desire to learn, and the ability to be adaptable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The analyst must be able to handle multiple tasks and prioritize accordingly without sacrificing quality delivered to clients. Specialized Knowledge: - Experience in supporting web applications developed in ASP.NET, HTML, CSS, JavaScript - Basic understanding of OOP, design patterns, deployment strategies, n-tier web architecture and client server architecture - Basic understanding of Windows 2003/2008 / Networking / TCP/IP routing & Ports / Load balancer Infrastructure - Web Development: ASP.NET, VB.NET, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX - Web Servers: IIS 6.0./7.0 - .Net Framework: 1.1, 2.0, 3.5 and 4.0 - Database: MS SQL Server 2005/2008, Oracle 10g or higher, T-SQL, PL-SQL - Tools: Visual Studio 2003/2005/2008/2010; Visual SourceSafe; SQL Server Management Studio, Rapid SQL, TOAD - Languages: VB.NET, C#.NET, Classic ASP
