Job Requirements:
Education:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science or
related work experience
Experience:
- 4+ years of experience in IT
application development and/or support,
skilled in providing Level 1 and Level 2
user
support.
- 3+ years of experience in the
architecture, design, implementation and
support of complex enterprise
solutions.
- Experience with 3rd party SaaS
provider system administration,
submitting and managing cases with 3rd
party
provider
- Experience in developing SOA based
architecture/applications, web services
including SOAP and REST
- Infrastructure experience is a plus
- Experience with ITIL methodology (a
plus)
- Experience with MS SharePoint (a
plus)

verbal; as well as be self-motivated, a

with the strong desire to learn, and the
ability to be adaptable in a fast-paced,
dynamic environment. The analyst must be

Specialized Knowledge:
- Experience in supporting web
applications developed in ASP.NET, HTML,
CSS, JavaScript
- Basic understanding of OOP, design
patterns, deployment strategies, n-tier
web architecture and client server
architecture
- Basic understanding of Windows

TOAD
- Languages: VB.NET, C#.NET, Classic ASP
